Flappy Coin v1.0 First release

My first venture into game dev.  Going with the strictly limited pico-8 environment proved challenging but fun!

Some additional release notes below.

Music 

A pretty short loop at the moment so if it's too repetitive I might extend it a bit a some point. 

Max score

Set to $30k now as pico8 values wraps around to minus shortly after that. This can of course be worked around, and is mostly due to my lack of coding experience, so I'm hoping to find time to solve that in a future update. Not sure how easy it is to get to 30k though I have not reached that far without turning of collisions during play testing ;) Let me know if the game is to easy or too hard! 

Score Board

Currently only a local score board but it would be a lot better to have a global score board as well. I have seen a pico-8 game with this implemented so it can be done, not sure how complicated it is on the server side of things though...

Browser compatibility 

• Chrome - Seems to work best both on desktop and mobile.
• Safari -  You might experience some lagging both in picture and sound as well as full screen mode being offset on desktop. Mobile works ok.
